We are not able to handle our situation in total.

Please do Meditation regularly every day for few months. If possible do Meditation in two sessions.
While working, Be total in your work.
Never analise the work toomuch about the future.
Just be in the moment. Just Act at the moment.

If any unnecessary thoughts creep in during work, cut it take a deep breath and continue your work.

Close your eyes, whenever possible.- even if it is few minutes in between your work.

Slowy you will see changes within you.
You will be able to handle your situation with more vigour and calmness.
