Goodness me, ignorance loves company doesn't it? This poor person has obviously had a deprived upbringing and never heard of nutrition and science. Maybe we should just leave him/her to it and go and find a nce restaurant somewhere

Wow, I’m amazed to still be standing (AND healthy) I have only eaten one of these 10 ‘needed’ foods throughout my life and that would be cinnamon.
