Sadness & Depression is Unhealthy

What contributes frowning to one’s face? Is it not sadness? This state of being is one of the many reasons why people who have emotional breakdown put their lives at risk. When deeper sadness or depression consumes the individual, illness and disturbance clog his mind and feelings.

CLICK & SEE

Most people who suffer from depression or extreme sadness are affected with the way they deal with their fellow man. Depressed people are sensitive and demand special attention. At times, depression swallows them and affects their relationship with other people, particularly their families and those who stay closer to them.

You have your ups and downs, but for the most part, you are moderately happy. There’s no burning desire to change your life. You’d probably have an uplifting effect on someone who is less happy than you, but at the same time, you could benefit if you associated with those happier than yourself.

Enthusiasm is a feeling similar to happiness but the emotion involved is intense. Enthusiasm is often associated with divine inspiration, an intense emotion deeper than happiness itself. However, our society’s status these days hinders people from being enthusiasts. Instead, many are grieving and saddened with what they see in the surroundings and in the whole world. Most people who were victimized by wars and social problems find enthusiasm impossible to feel. Why, even the richest people on earth feel sad at times. If this is the case, is it true that enthusiasm is elusive?

Many sigh because of sadness and bad experiences. We can say that indeed, happiness or enthusiasm is a relative state of being. This is the reason why many people resort to illicit drugs, thinking that they can escape the bitter experiences they are experiencing. They thought they can fake happiness for a few hours. Little did they know that no matter how difficult life is, happiness is still available and waiting to be rediscovered.

How can you promote and contribute to enthusiasm and happiness?

1. Set goals and seek life’s purpose. Happiness cannot be achieved overnight so starting early means experiencing happiness the soonest.

2. Take away all the bitterness you kept for years. Learn to say sorry and accept your limitations.

3. Keep your life simple by allotting time for you to relax and enjoy wholesome recreation.

4. Learn to develop self-worth. Love your deeds and do favors for yourself. Adopt changes if necessary and if you feel like you are bored in doing routines.

5. Humbly accept others support and appreciate small gifts from them.

6. Try rendering support or reciprocating the kindness shown to you.

7. Develop hobbies that will contribute to your self-worth. Some women and housewives, for instance, love gardening. They at times talk to their plants. They find this rewarding in most ways.

8. Read some inspirational books. Keep simple but inspiring messages and share these to others. Remember that giving brings joy to every person; learn the value of generosity at all times.

9. Constantly communicate to others your inspiring and up building stories. Learn to accept feedbacks from your listeners.

10. Learn to be flexible, accept the fact that everything does not just happen the way you think everything should be.

Keeping these simple things in mind, I can say that happiness and enthusiasm are not that difficult to find. Many people pay huge amounts of money just to have the opportunity to gain worthwhile experiences. In the end, these people are convinced that the real happiness they seek cannot be bought. It can be achieved in many ways; but to find it, they must be humble enough to compromise some wants in exchange of the need to be happy.Always try to get rid of GRID. Grid and desire are not same.Grid will make you unhappy but desire will encourage you to succeed and success will give you happiness.

Medicine in Food we eat

‘Let our foods be medicines and our medicines be food’ – the old aphorism first coined by Hippocrates is coming back into vogue. In an age where medicine has become a multi-billion dollar industry and the market is flooded with thousands of ever new permutations of various synthetic compounds that make it impossible to keep track, it may well be a good idea to simplify matters a bit. Even the natural remedy department is seeing an explosion of ever more pills and extracts which will do little but confuse the average consumer. Nobody knows what’s what anymore. Confronted with conflicting messages and a glut of magic pills the task of sorting the wheat from the chaff is not an easy one. Thus, it is essential to start with the basics and to educate oneself about health and nutrition.

The word health derives from the Anglo-Saxon root ‘hal’ meaning ‘whole’. Health is a state of wholeness, of balance and harmony between mind, body and soul. Disharmony and imbalance manifests as dis-ease. Thus, the first principle of healing is to restore balance. The three main factors responsible for that balance are: proper nutrition, exercise and relaxation. And he who maintens this balance keeps good health all along.
The average convenience diet barely contains enough nutrients to keep the system running, much less to keep it healthy. Refined carbohydrates, sugars and fats are the main ingredients, supplemented with gene manipulated, processed vegetables and meats, often with artificial flavors and preservatives added to the chemical concoction. Is it really that surprising that so many people suffer from degenerative diseases, allergies, food sensitivities, cancers and immune system deficiencies? To compensate the lack of nutrients in the normal diet many people are now on an expensive regime of vitamin and mineral supplements. Vitamins and minerals are extremely important to keep the body healthy and in general all essential nutrients can and should be obtained from a wholesome, well balanced diet. However, deficiencies can result in various ailments.

A balanced diet should supply all necessary vitamins and minerals, preferably obtained from natural, organic sources. Certain conditions can deplete vitamin and mineral levels in the body and it may become necessary to boost them with nutritional supplements. However, unfortunately vitamin pills don’t always live up to what they promise. If at all possible fresh pressed juices are the best way of obtaining nutrients from organic sources, facilitating easy absorption for the body).

Many foods and vegetables provide far more than essential nutrients, though. In fact, most can be used directly as healing agents. The distinction between staple foods, vegetables, spices, herbs and drugs are often rather arbitrary. Lets take a closer look at this scale of distinction:

Grains, (such as oats, barley, wheat and rice) and starchy root vegetables (such as potatoes, yams or cassavas) are sometimes called ‘the staff of life’. They should form the basis of a balanced diet, as they supply not only energy in the form of complex carbohydrates but also contain a large range of nutrients. They are rich in fiber, too, which is especially important for maintaining a healthy digestive system, vital for the process of eliminating toxins and keeping cholesterol levels low.

Then there are different kinds of vegetables. Some of these are root vegetables, such as carrots, radish and parsnips, others are leafy, such as spinach or cabbage. They supplement the staple foods and ensure a balanced intake of a wide range of nutrients. However, one should not let them dominate the diet completely, as too much of a good thing can be just too much: Fat soluble vitamins are stored in the body and can be damaging if built up to excessive amounts. Too much asparagus can damage the kidneys and too much spinach leeches the calcium from teeth and bones.

Next on the scale are the spices, which not only add flavor to a good meal, but also subtly insure that it can be digested comfortably. Most herbs commonly used in the kitchen are rich in volatile oils and thus stimulate the digestive juices. Their action is carminative and soothing. Additionally, many, kill worms and bacteria in the intestinal tract or add nutrients to the diet. In fact, most commonly used kitchen herbs are very useful medicinal herbs.
At the very far end of the scale, beyond these simple herbs and spices are the medicinal herbs, which don’t usually feature in the diet at all, but are generally only used as medicines. Most of these tend to have a tonic and restorative effect on the body. They are not fast acting magic bullets, but over time restore the bodily balance by toning the entire system. Beyond these are the toxic herbs, which, depending on the dosage, can either heal or harm. These are the plants that tend to be favored by the pharmaceutical industry as potential sources for their drugs, as they usually depend on one or more very definitive ‘active principles’, which can be isolated and synthesized with relative ease. In contrast to the gentler herbs, which act as toning restoratives, they tend to provoke a strong re-action from the body in response to the biochemical assault. Only experienced herbalists should attempt to use strong and potentially dangerous herbs in their practice. When such plant drugs are isolated and synthesized into chemical medicines the effect tends to become even stronger and oftentimes downright toxic as the herbs natural buffer substances (thought to be ‘inactive waste materials) are eliminated from the formula.

When faced with a subject as vast as herbal medicine, the number of different remedies available can be quite overwhelming. Thus, the simplest strategy is to start with herbs and spices that one is already well familiar with. There are dozens of simple home remedies that over time have proven to be extremely effective and safe,I therefore, try to include these types of remedies in most of my blogs for common diseases. Although they have almost slipped into the realm of ‘old wife’s tales’ and are forgotten by the general public, who tends to prefer the convenience of ‘modern’ processed chemical medicines, herbal pills or tinctures. This trend is supported by the ferocious advertising campaigns of the herb (and drug) companies, who find it more profitable to hype exotic, (thus expensive) and processed herbal remedies.

The truth is, that one rarely has to look beyond one’s own kitchen garden and spice cupboard to find all the remedies anybody could need to treat most common ailments. For more complicated conditions, such as heart disease, cancer, kidney disease and any other potentially life-threatening diseases one should never attempt to be one’s own doctor, but rather find a practitioner who is open towards integrating herbal remedies and nutritional therapies into his/her overall approach.

Herbal medicines and all home remedies one should always apply to mentain a good health all along one’s life through and this really gives very good result rather than taking modern chemical medicine for a very common day to day ailment and having various side effects which may cause afterwards serious desiases as mentioned above.

Most of the fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices that we eat daily as our food has healing power. Only we are to keep our eyes and ears open and learn a little bit about them and eat as per requrement.

The first and essential formula to grow tall is to have good and appropriate SLEEP and correct sleeping habit. As because growth hormons can only work effectively to thicken the length of your bones when you are sleeping. In general after you pass puberty, your pitutary gland naturally secerts a little growth hormon when you are in a long and deep sleep.Growth hormone can only work effectively to stimulate your bones’ growth when you fall into a long and deep sleep. Short or shallow sleep could interrupt growth hormone’s work and thus stunt growth. Both inappropriate sleeping time and incorrect sleeping habits can cause short or shallow sleep. So appropriate sleeping time (NOT the longer, the better) and correct sleeping habits are all too important for you to grow taller and stronger.

It is important that DO NOT EAT HEAVILY before you sleep. as growth hormon can only work effectively to thicken and lengthen your bones when you are totally in sleep. It is important that it does not interrupt your body‘s out put of growth hormon during this time.

Each person has his/ her own specific daily sleep requirement. It is not true that the more you sleep, the better it is for your growth. Too much sleep will cause your
body to develop laziness and slow down your metabolism, thus increasing the danger to gain weight. On average, a young adult who is growing needs at least 8 hours of sleep every day. Teens need 9 hours or more. However, this is just an average and may not apply to you precisely. The best way to figure out the exact amount of sleeping time you need is not to calculate it at all. Just sleep early every night, without using an alarm clock, and let yourself wake up naturally. Your body has its own biological clock which can determine the exact amount of sleep it needs. As long as you have a good sleeping habit and do not break it (by forcing yourself to stay up too late or get up too early), your body will take good care of itself. Also, it is easy for you to detect if you get enough sleep each day. If you are energetic and do not feel sleepy or very tired the whole day, then you had enough sleep the previous night. Otherwise, you should readjust your schedule and try to sleep longer

Some special activities are required that can help you to grow taller.Because aside from those regular activities, there are some special activities which are more effective and these activities are very easy to perform by almost anyone. REGULAR SKIPPING OR SYSTEMATIC JUMPING, STRETCHING EXERCISE are some of them.

Wanders of Saliva

[amazon_link asins=’B00ABN97WI,B0131EDZKS,B01KPKHD68,B00Q6AMZ74,B00Y95DO78,B01LYOT1O9,B00MEQ1EKS,B06XBL3XMR’ template=’ProductCarousel’ store=’finmeacur-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’07153c39-3d66-11e7-b269-315e1836fe1c’]

Saliva is a humdrum liquid, the stuff of giggles, dribbles and schoolyard grossness. It’s hardly something to take seriously–until, that is, you lack it. When your glands no longer pump out a normal and robust 2 to 3 pints daily, then you’ll come to appreciate spit for the wondrous substance it is–one that does far more than render food slimy and digestible.

Saliva, science has revealed, is much more than water. It is packed with proteins that help control the teeming hordes of microbes in our mouths. It is stuffed with substances that make our spit stringy, stop our teeth from dissolving and help heal wounds. It is brimming with a plethora of hormones and other chemicals revealing anything from whether one smokes to whether one is stressed.

Thus it’s no wonder that trouble starts brewing when mouths dry out. Cavities blossom like flowers in spring. Tongues become sore and fissured, and breeding grounds for yeast. In a spit-depleted world, speaking and swallowing are challenges, eating a cracker is the height of recklessness and you wake up with your tongue glued to your mouth.

Such indignities will be more frequent in future years because the number of saliva-depleted people stands to rise, experts predict. Tens of thousands of Americans receive radiotherapy for head and neck cancers each year–a treatment that can permanently damage salivary glands. Maybe a million have dry mouths because their immune systems are attacking their own glands in a disease known as Sjogren’s syndrome

But an increasing number of people (25 million by some estimates, and more to come as the population ages) get dry mouths as a side effect of more than 400 of today’s medications–taken for depression, high blood pressure and more.

Armed with a deep knowledge of saliva gleaned over decades, this cadre–which jocularly refers to itself as the “salivation army”–is working to create better artificial salivas to keep mouths wet and protected and find new drugs to help saliva flow more freely. They’re trying to repair salivary glands with gene therapy–even to build an artificial gland to implant in the mouth.

And their vision goes far beyond simply mending the mouth. Just as leech saliva gave us anticoagulants, researchers hope that our very own spit may yield new antimicrobial drugs to help battle germs. Or that sick people’s salivary glands can one day be coaxed to make hormones that are needed for their bodies to heal.

“The field’s quite exciting–we’re entering a new phase,” says Lawrence Tabak, a longtime saliva scientist and director of the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research. “People are trying to translate what they’ve learned from nature into things that are going to improve patients’ health. To me, that’s the most exciting thing possible–to take these great, basic science discoveries and translate them into tangibles.”

Dry mouth can damage teeth and for that salivary glands plays a very important part for maintaining good teeth.

Milk and saliva both contain growth factors known to control cell turnover in the body. The Egyptians used breast milk to heal burns and dogs lick their wounds to help them heal. and much anecdotal evidence indicate maggots can help some wounds heal … all their medications on board in their saliva: an … the UW’s division of plastic surgery who has used maggots for difficult wounds.

For small wounds or cut we can always use our own saliva instead of rubing antiseptic and saliva will heal the wounds much faster and more effectively.

Faith & beliefs

Every person should have faith & belief on himself first and then on others. But without these no one can have a good life. Some people say “I do not believe on anything which can not be proved by modern science”. But can science prove everything in this world? Can science prove how life has come to this universe? It may assume several things and assumptions are not the proofs.

Some people believe on the existence of God but many do not and many are skeptical.I believe strongly that there must have some force which have created this beautiful universe and is being maintained for millions and millions years, and we may call this force as GOD.

Some Great force must be there which is out of the reach of human science and as because our thoughts limiting ourselves withen our science …many times we say this is impossible and that is impossible. It is like the story of conversation between a frog born and brought up in a well (never had the access to go out) and a frog from the ocean. When the ocean frog wanted to explain the well frog that the ocean is million and millions times bigger than his well , he did not believe it at all, because his scientific mind can never believe that there can be something much bigger than his well which does not have and will not have any existence to him.
Faith is a non-rational belief in some proposition. A non-rational belief is one which is contrary to the sum of evidence for that belief. A belief is contrary to the sum of evidence for a belief if there is overwhelming evidence against the belief, e.g., that the earth is flat, hollow or is the center of the universe. A belief is also contrary to the sum of evidence if the evidence seems equal both for and against the belief, yet one commits to one of two or more equally supported propositions.
